1. How long does the battery last on Zenogun™?  
The battery lasts up to 3 hours on a full charge, giving you plenty of time to target all sore muscles without worrying about recharging.  

2. Can Zenogun™ be used on sensitive areas?  
Yes, Zenogun™ is designed to be gentle yet effective. With multiple speed settings, you can adjust the intensity for sensitive areas like your neck, shoulders, or lower back, ensuring comfort while still getting deep relief.  

3. Is Zenogun™ waterproof?  
While Zenogun™ is not fully waterproof, it is splash-resistant, meaning it can handle minor moisture but should be kept away from full submersion or heavy water exposure. Always keep it dry after use.  

4. How do I clean my Zenogun™?  
Cleaning your Zenogun™ is easy. Just wipe the surface with a damp cloth, especially around the handle and head. Make sure not to get water in the charging port and always dry it properly after use.  

5. Can I use Zenogun™ while it’s charging?  
Although it’s recommended to charge Zenogun™ fully before use for optimal performance, you can still use it while charging. However, this may slightly affect battery life over time.  

6. Where is Zenogun™ shipped from?  
Zenogun™ is shipped from our global warehouses to ensure fast delivery no matter where you are. We make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.  

7. Can I change or cancel my order?  
If your order hasn't been processed yet, you can reach out to us and request changes or cancellations. Once your order has been shipped, however, we can no longer make adjustments.  

8. How can I track my order?  
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping partner’s website and stay updated on its delivery status.
